3 John 1:4 “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.”

By God’s grace and the faithful investment of my parents, the church, and Christian education, I grew up knowing and loving the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savior. I had the privilege of attending Christian schools from preschool through grad school. I have dedicated my adult life to serving children and their families with the goal of helping youth to come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, then walking with Him in loving, joyful obedience.

I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a degree in Youth Ministry and served in this role for five years before the Lord led me to teaching. I taught junior high Bible, Leadership, and PE for eight years at Cascade Christian Schools.  God graciously opened the door for me to move into administration as Principal at Heritage Christian School and I served there for nine years. During this time, I earned an MS in Educational Leadership from California Baptist University.  In March of 2024, the Lord made it clear that He was leading me and my family to move to Lynden and accept the position of elementary principal at LC.  It is a joy and privilege to be a part of what God is doing at Lynden Christian School.

My wife Mea and I have five children. We enjoy exploring God’s creation, soccer, basketball, hunting, fishing, hiking, road trips, and shooting stars.
