I graduated from Lynden Christian High School in 1996 and in 2000 received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University, in Nashville, TN. While in Nashville I worked at a pediatricians’ office. Since having children I have been blessed to be able to continue to work part time in the after hours pediatric clinic, which has allowed me to mostly be home. I enjoy working with children and am excited to be able to do this in the school setting.

My husband, Mitch, and I have four children, Samuel, Willem, Sydney and Lucy, who are now all in school at Lynden Christian. I enjoy being outdoors, snapping pictures, spending time by the ocean, flower gardening, reading, football games, road trips and spending time with my family. We are members at Third Christian Reformed Church in Lynden.
