“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39
I have been teaching at LCHS since the fall of 2018. During my time here I have taught Extended Algebra and Geometry, Consumer Math and Biology. I began teaching in CA in 1999 and have taught at various schools, subjects (mostly sciences) and grade levels since. I grew up in Southern California and attended Point Loma Nazarene University where I studied Biology and Chemistry, and met my husband Brent (who happened to be my general chemistry lab partner freshman year). I have three daughters who are complex, fun, beautiful gifts from God. My loves: Jesus, family, students, biological sciences, reading, music (guitar/ukulele), bees, lavender, travel (different cultures), gardening, and Disney. I consider it a privilege to teach and serve at LCHS. I am thankful to be a part of a community whose primary goal is to love and glorify God. We attend Grace Baptist Fellowship in Lynden.
Fun Fact:
I have traveled to 17 different countries around the world.
