Special Academic Services
Our Special Academic Services (SAS) program is designed to meet the specific needs of students who have experienced academic frustration and difficulty learning in the classroom setting. Our ultimate goal is to equip each student with the successful learning modes and tools so they may reach their full learning potential in the classroom. With students, parents, teachers and therapists working together as a team, we can watch the Lord as He accomplishes His goals for these students.
The SAS program offers assistance to K-12 students in three main areas:
(1) Remediation in reading and math skills
(2) Discovery Program for students with learning disabilities
(3) Educational testing for evaluating strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles
For more information about Special Academic Services, please contact Mrs. Gladys Senti, Elementary and Middle School SAS Director, and Mrs. Jeany Aupperlee, High School SAS Director.
